SECOND LOCATION IMPRINT
If your shirts will receive an imprint on a 2nd location, please add the following:
*Set up charge(s) of $52.50 will apply to your first order, and will not be charged on repeat orders with an identical imprint placed within 12 months. [If you have not reordered within 12 months the set up charge(s) will apply once again.]
♦WHITE & ♦♦ASH COLORED SHIRTS: One set up charge will apply if a one color imprint will appear on the second location.
♦DARK, ♦♦PREMIUM & ♦♦♦WOMEN'S COLORED SHIRTS: Two set up charges will apply if a one color imprint will appear on the second location (these must be printed twice to ensure a bright imprint).

The following charges will apply to each imprint location that will have two imprint colors (the shirt color has no effect on these two charges):
